Overview
We are looking for a skilled Manual Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of AI powered applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in software testing methodologies, test case creation, and defect management. You will work closely with AI engineers, developers, and product teams to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of AI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for AI-based applications
Perform functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, TestRail, or Bugzilla
Conduct UI/UX validation and cross-browser compatibility testing
Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, and stakeholders to define testing strategies
Validate AI models' accuracy, performance, and fairness through manual test cases
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards
Create detailed test reports and provide insights on quality metrics
Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning
Collaborate with product managers, client coordinators, and business analysts to gather and analyze project requirements
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product functionality and AI-driven solutions
Prepare and present reports on key performance metrics, system improvements, and issue resolutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
3+ years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in AI-driven applications
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes
Hands-on experience with test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or QC
Good understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools
Ability to analyze AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and inconsistencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Exposure to AI/ML testing techniques
Basic knowledge of automation testing tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI applications
ISTQB or relevant testing certifications
